Overview

The B3 Fitness app is designed to provide a complete fitness solution for individuals looking to take their fitness to the next level without breaking the bank! It combines our proven training programs, nutrition guidance, and a community of like-minded individuals, all in one easy-to-use platform. Whether you’re aiming to build muscle, lose fat, or maintain a healthier lifestyle, the app offers tailored workout programs to fit your busy schedule. 

The Programs

Our four programs are categorized by the equipment you have access to: 

  • Home: Dumbbells, Long Bands, Mini Bands, Bench
  • Home (Fully Loaded): Squat Rack, Barbell, Dumbbells, Bands, Bench
  • Hybrid: Commercial Gym Equipment, Dumbbells, Bands, Bench at Home
  • Full Gym: Commercial Gym Equipment

What's Included

  • 4-5 strength workouts per week (depending on program)
  • HIIT cardio within certain workouts + additional “movement” recommendations
  • Progressive programming for to help prevent plateaus (like you are a 1:1 client)
  • Tutorial videos, sets, reps, intensities, and tempos included 
  • Macro/Meal plan


The $14.99/week covers your program, but also is a flat rate to access other programs if you decide to switch.

Our most popular Men's training plan to sculpt your physique and boost your performance.


When compared to "Mass", our “Lean” plan is a faster pace with more supersets, tri-sets, and conditioning.

The “Mass” program is designed to put as much muscle tissue on as possible. 


 When compared to "Lean", this plan has longer rest periods, less cardio, and introduces "body part splits” a bit earlier. 


This program is the only plan that is 5x per week.

There is no long-term commitment to join the B3 App. We offer a 7-day free trial and you can cancel your membership at any time before your free trial is up if you do not want to be charged. If you do become a member and you decide to cancel you may do so at any time with no cancelation fee.


B3 features programs for everyone. Select the program that best aligns with your goals and the equipment you have access to. 


Within each program there are 6-week phases. After that phase ends it will automatically upload the next phase which will be a progression for that program. If your situation changes and you would like to try a different program with different equipment you can do so at anytime. 


Yes, there are 3-4 mobility exercises in each workout that will help prime you for the movements of the day. We know every individual is unique so please take additional time to warm-up if need be.
