Our most popular Men's training plan to sculpt your physique and boost your performance.
When compared to "Mass", our “Lean” plan is a faster pace with more supersets, tri-sets, and conditioning.

Fully stocked commercial gym: Dumbbells, Barbells, Selectorized Machines, Cardio Pieces, Cables, Etc.)
The “Mass” program is designed to put as much muscle tissue on as possible.
When compared to "Lean", this plan has longer rest periods, less cardio, and introduces "body part splits” a bit earlier.
This program is the only plan that is 5x per week.

There is no long-term commitment to join the B3 App. We offer a 7-day free trial and you can cancel your membership at any time before your free trial is up if you do not want to be charged. If you do become a member and you decide to cancel you may do so at any time with no cancelation fee.
B3 features programs for everyone. Select the program that best aligns with your goals and the equipment you have access to.
Within each program there are 6-week phases. After that phase ends it will automatically upload the next phase which will be a progression for that program. If your situation changes and you would like to try a different program with different equipment you can do so at anytime.
Yes, there are 3-4 mobility exercises in each workout that will help prime you for the movements of the day. We know every individual is unique so please take additional time to warm-up if need be.
