Chris is a personal trainer, online coach, and the Owner and Operator of B3 Fitness. Chris was a former Division I basketball player and Natural Science major. Currently, Chris owns and trains out of B3 Fitness Studios and is the lead coach for B3 Fitness Online. Chris has also done fitness modeling and competed in Men’s Physique in the past.
Chris' passion for fitness began in his quest to earn a scholarship to play Division I basketball. With a naturally slight frame he took to calisthenics, weight training, and a regimented nutrition schedule in high school. He was diligent in his research and he absorbed everything possible from those around him. Ultimately he achieved his goal and accepted a scholarship to Stony Brook University. While playing collegiate basketball, he found that while he enjoyed sports, it was the work in the weight room that he appreciated the most. Eager to turn this passion into a business he started B3 out of his dorm room and began training friends and family which snowballed into a much larger business. His passion lies with being able to help people of all backgrounds by providing online services that person by person makes the world a fitter, healthier place.

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) working with clients in Boston. Over the past 5 years I have worked as a Physical Therapist in Boston with patients experiencing orthopedic conditions. In addition, I have spent 10 years as a personal trainer in Boston. In that time I have greatly enjoyed progressing patients through physical therapy and furthering their progressions and achievements post-physical therapy through personal training. I have since opened a business in Boston’s Back Bay where clients can seamlessly transition from physical therapy treatment back into the gym, returning them to sports and helping them attain the most out of life.

Rose is a personal trainer and a strength and conditioning coach. She was first introduced to sports and fitness at a young age, always being involved with and playing multiple sports year round and has let that passion lead her to her career at B3.
Rose attended Assumption University in Worcester, MA where she studied Management and minored in Psychology and Sports Management. During her time in college, her interest in fitness was a constant and found herself researching and learning about the fitness industry. She knew this was the type of work she ultimately wanted to do.
After her time at Assumption, she chose to get her NASM personal training certification. From there she interned at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning where she learned an extensive amount of sports training as well as overall fitness programming.
